Virgin Pina Colada, as the name suggests, Pina means ‘pineapple’ and Colada means strained. Pina colada is a pineapple beverage made by drawing out pineapple extract thru strainer.

Pina Colada Recipe

I used fresh pineapple. Tinned Pineapple can also be used but Pina Colada tastes good with fresh pineapple. I also used ready-made coconut milk. Instead of coconut milk you can also use fresh coconut cream or coconut milk powder.

Do taste the preparation and add sugar if required. The quantity of sugar shall depend upon how sweet the pineapple is.

Chill it up with crushed ice. You can embellish this Caribbean beverage with a pineapple wedge. Try this amazing beverage to beat the scorching summers.🏖🌞😎
